Community-owned A lightweight DAO shell for experiments in coordination.

Design, fund & ship onchain decisions together.

Omadao is a minimal governance layer for communities that want to coordinate around real work — not just votes. Plug your treasury, define your rules, and let contributors shape the roadmap in public.

Shared treasury governance ⦿ Offchain + onchain friendly ⦿ Open-source & composable
What is Omadao?

A minimal shell for serious coordination.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all governance app, Omadao gives you a thin, composable layer: proposals, signaling, and execution rails that you can customize to your community. Bring your own culture, tokens and tools.

Lightweight by design

Start with offchain proposals and signaling, plug in onchain execution only where it matters. No forced tokenomics, no bloat.

Multi-surface governance

Coordinate decisions across Discord, forums, and onchain. Omadao acts as your shared source of truth for “what we agreed to.”

Extensible & forkable

Built with modularity in mind. Fork it, add your own modules, or wire it into your existing stack.

How it works

From idea to executed decision, in three layers.

Omadao separates governance into clear stages so communities can choose the level of formality and onchain enforcement that matches each decision.

1. Propose

Members create proposals using templates — from quick temperature checks to detailed funding packages with milestones.

2. Signal

Token-weighted votes, one-member-one-vote, or soft consensus. Configure thresholds and quorums to fit your culture.

3. Execute

Bind decisions to onchain actions: send funds, create bounties, update roles, or trigger custom contracts.

Roadmap

Starting small, building with early communities.

We're focused on a handful of aligned DAOs and collectives first, then we'll open up a public deployment path once the core governance flows feel right.

Now — Cohort 0

Onboard a small group of communities, refine the core UX, battle-test proposal and signaling flows in real-world use.

Next — Modules

Pluggable execution modules for grants, bounties, working groups and retroactive funding.

Later — Public launch

Self-serve deployments, multi-chain support, and a library of governance presets maintained by the community.

Join the experiment

Bring Omadao into your community.

If you're running a DAO, collective, club or ecosystem fund and want a governance stack that stays out of the way, we'd love to talk.

Apply for early access

Tell us about your community, how you make decisions today, and what you'd like to improve. We'll start with a short call.

Integrate with your stack

Use Omadao as a thin governance shell around your existing treasury, contribution tools and onchain infra.

Co-design governance

Early communities help shape presets, defaults and modules that others can later reuse and fork.
